Sandy Conboy

As a Phoenix resident since 1995, I bring 26 years of sales experience working across a variety of technology platforms and services, helping large organizations tackle complex challenges that drive real business impact. I pride myself not just in closing deals, but more importantly in building long-term relationships based on trust, collaboration, and mutual success. Raised in a military household, I lived in many different cities and countries throughout my childhood. However, I completed my education in Texas and am a devoted mother to 33-year-old twins, Trey and Shelby, and a loving grandmother to Kinsley and Kennedy. My decision to open a FirstLight Home Care franchise stems from very personal experiences that deeply resonate with the mission of this organization. Both of my parents had early diagnoses of Alzheimer's and Dementia. Unfortunately, I lost my father earlier this year, and my mother currently receives in-home care. These experiences highlighted the critical need for reliable and compassionate home care services, inspiring me to dedicate the second chapter of my career to this important work.
